Registration & Required Documents

We have details of registration below, please ensure you fill properly and upload all required documents:

• Passport photo
• Valid means of ID (NIN, International Passport or Voters Card) — we do not accept any other ID cards apart from the mentioned IDs
• Utility bill
• Account number

Guarantors

These documents are also required for your guarantors — each guarantor must provide them. Please download the Guarantor form, print two copies for two different people, and send via WhatsApp.

Please note: You need all documents confirmed before you can get a job.

Registration Fee

Registration fee: N3,000 (Three Thousand Naira)

Please note that a payment of N3,000 is required to proceed. This payment is non-refundable and compulsory.

Training

Training is compulsory and it will be monitored. However, training is not free — it costs N75,000 (Seventy Five Thousand Naira). We have a payment plan you can choose from (3, 5, or 10 times).

You decide how you want to pay but it will be deducted from your monthly salary. Certificates will be issued and can be used anywhere.

Please Note: Training fees are paid after you get the job!

Salaries

Salaries are agreed upon before you start working with a client from the interview stage. Salaries are paid to us and payment comes from the 1st working day of a new month.

Clients are advised to pay on time and payments will be made accordingly. Please note that payment to us is at your best interest.

We are looking at creating pension and HMO accounts for nannies once you hit a one year milestone with the agency. We will share other benefits with you as we look forward to helping you become an EXECUTIVE GLOBAL NANNY.

Complaints

We know there are two sides to every story and we will get feedbacks from you and also the clients. Please send a message if you are unable to call or you're not getting any response.

We are in partnership with the police and any criminal or unruly act will be thoroughly handled by the police.

Additional Information

Off days: Off days are agreed upon. Please communicate on time with the client and the agency.

Termination of Employment: If you want to stop work please give enough notice (at least a month) to enable us plan a replacement or get a backup for the client. Remember your reputation and our reputation is at stake. We advise that you try your best to leave any client on a good note regardless of the experience while working for them.

Appraisal: There will be monthly appraisals and rewards where necessary. KPIs will rate you better for greater jobs and salary increment. You also have the ability to rate the clients you will be working with.

Please note: We do not give loans and we advise that you spend your money wisely at all times.
