Registration

To get started, please register as a client on our website.

Payment Instructions

Please do not make any payment until we confirm from our database that there is a nanny profile that fits your request. Once we confirm, you may proceed to pay the search fee.

SEARCH FEE — This is the fee you pay for us to start searching for profiles that fit your request.

Please note: The search fee is non-refundable and only guarantees access to profiles.

What Happens Next

• After payment confirmation, we will send you profiles to choose from. Kindly get back to us within 24 hours with your preferred candidate.
• Interviews will be scheduled.
• Nanny documentation will be reviewed and approved.

Commission Fee

The commission fee is 15% of the nanny's annual salary. If you request a police report on the nanny, the commission will be 25%.

• Nanny's start date will be scheduled.
• Nanny resumes.

Replacement Policy

Please note that we offer a one-time replacement within 180 days of placement. After 180 days, families are no longer entitled to a replacement; however, a discount will be applied if you wish to hire another nanny through us.

For families with special needs child-(ren), please let us know so we can send the right profile to you.

Salary Information

Please note that salaries are determined based on job description, nanny/housekeeper experience, and expectations for the role.

• N80,000 is the minimum for just a nanny or housekeeping role.
• N100,000 is the minimum if both roles are to be merged by one person, and this is subject to the nanny/housekeeper agreement due to the reasons mentioned.

Off Days

Please note that off days are compulsory but flexible. Our nannies are entitled to one weekend off per month (Friday to Sunday), but the specific days can be adjusted to your preference.
